The Tony Starlight Show
The Tony Starlight Show is a love letter to the bygone days of live stage entertainment. Inspired by Darin at The Landmark, Sammy at The Cocoanut Grove, Dino at The Sands, Ricky Ricardo at the Copacabana, and Neil Diamond at the Greek Theater, Tony believes in putting the show back into “Show Business.”
This year marks the 26th anniversary of The Tony Starlight Show, which has been an ever-evolving hybrid of music and comedy. The show is a combination of song parody, musical impressions and various tributes to about iconic artists and pop culture phenomena. Parodies include “My Hair Keeps A-Fallin’ From My Head” and “I Can’t Get These Jeans On Anymore”. Tony impersonates icons like Neil Diamond, Dean Martin, Axl Rose, Bob Seger, Tom Jones and many more. He has comic tributes to such televisions shows as “Solid Gold” and “Schoolhouse Rock”. Tony is also an interactive entertainer, who will work with the crowd and include them in the fun.
Backed by top-notch musicians, the TS Show has costume changes and often includes special guest stars, just like the real variety shows of yesteryear. Tony loves what he does and it shows.
