The long awaited debut of our brand new singin’ cowboy show!
The opening set is a collection of the great singin’ cowboy tunes from such legends of the saddle as Roy Rogers, Tex Ritter and the great Gene Autry. Iconic cowboy tunes such as “Cool Water”, “Tumbling Tumbleweeds”, “Empty Saddles” “(Ghost) Riders In The Sky”, and more. The second set Tony and the boys will sing a set of their favorite western and classic country tunes by the likes of Johnny Cash, Roger Miller, Hank Williams, Glen Campbell, John Denver and more.

A) Wild Northwest salmon filet with lemon caper butter, served with seasonal vegetable and roasted garlic potatoes (gluten-free)
B) Marinated Flatiron steak medallions with demi-glace, served with seasonal vegetable and roasted garlic potatoes (gluten-free)
C) Acorn squash moussaka: Roasted acorn squash filled with a charred tomato and mixed vegetable moussaka filling and topped with vegan ricotta, served with seasonal vegetables (vegan, gluten-free)
All dinners include house salad, sliced artisan baguette and cheesecake.
